Integrity Toys 2023 Year in Review

Image
The 2023 Club year was a bit of a sloppy drunk.  Let's call her Sheila. Sheila is generally good fun, but occasionally she takes FOREVER, says the wrong thing, over-serves herself, and then spends a lot of time apologizing. Get a hold of yourself, Sheila! Here is a photo showing what I ordered from this year (though it is missing the Wildflower Misaki doll which I did order. This is easily the least amount of stuff I have ordered in a club year. I really liked all of the True Industry line up but was trying to be good. I already have versions that I love of all of those characters and don't want to repeat sculpts with them. I did not have a Jasper or an Auden though and I liked them both enough to enter in the lottery. I got Auden but not Jasper sadly (hoping I will find a takeover later). At the slightly reduced club pricing, the sticker shock of the new high prices was not as bad for what is basically the same Dynamite Girls dolls we used to get for like $60 back in t...

Legendary Integrity Convention 2020 IT Direct Exclusives....soooo many

Image
Well this morning started with a bit of a whimper due to technical difficulties. This pushed everything  back an hour. But whatever.  Then they unloaded a crapload of IT direct exclusives on us.  I was SUPER bummed to see no Misaki.  WHYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!  Anyhow... here's the round up with my thoughts. First...swell packaging.  Can't wait to see this gorgeous Agnes.  I am guessing she might be tonight's souvenir? Who knows. Some are speculating that she is the W Club centerpiece with Giselle being the souvenir. I am skeptical since we got Giselle last year.  ***Update, this Agnes will be the 25th Anniversary doll offered made-to-order to all W Club members. Huzzah! The Industry-You Better Werk! Tulabelle is Adorbs and Wants all your Dynamite Girls Stuff...

Image
I really had no intention of collecting the Industry line but I could not resist the cuteness of the You Better Werk! Tulabelle Industry Gift Set from the 2016 Supermodel IT Convention.  There seems to be little to no buzz about this girl. I don't get it.  Many seem turned off by the pink eyeshadow and liner. It does limit what she can wear. However, there is so much that she can wear...AND WELL. The body is way tinier than the Fashion Royalty gals.  She is much closer to the Dynamite Girls and Poppy in size with a teeny little foot like Barbie and the Dynamite Girls.  I am excited about this because I have some Dynamite Girls Style Lab  fashions and shoes from the Jet Set convention ...many of which are pink and black.  I think they will mix nicely with this gift set.  I also picked up some old fashions from the London Calling line for $20 total during room sales on a hunch that they would fit and they seemed in a great color palette to coordinate...

Integrity ITBE Grab Box Frenzy-My Results...#ihavenowillpower

Image
Integrity offered some grab boxes during the month of December for club members.  The Mystery boxes featured one of eight new ITBE dolls (Jasper, Jordan/Tatyana, Ayumi, Darla, Josephine/Gaga, Finley Brunette, Finley Blonde, & Mongram) and extras.  Initially you could only order one, then it opened up.  It seems like the best option, if you had the available cash or credit to do it, was to order eight at once.  If you did that, you did not get any repeats and were thus guaranteed to get all of the sculpts.  I had one box to my Poppy Airways order and then another when I paid for Jem's Craig Phillips.  The first two orders yielded a Brunette Finley (gorgeous!) and DG Design a Doll extras (which I already had).  The second order had Darla (very cute but I don't think I am keeping her) and the DG winter fashion that everyone seems to have gotten in their orders.  Also the adorable sandals from DG Tooka.  I like the little winter fashion th...

Integrity 2014 Reveal: Dynamite Girls Love Revolution

Image
Man...adorable abounds in the new DG collection.  Integrity really knocked this one out of the park.  First, the boys are great AND they kicked up the edition size to 750 so more people were able to get their hands on them...but it seems like they have still sold out even with the larger size. The prices have gone up but I still could not resist Auden with his Gaultier sailor vibe.  I think he will go nicely with my Baby It's You  Chip doll with his brunette pompadour hair!!! Tooka was the surprise runaway hit of the bunch and darn near impossible to find now.  That owl dress is the cutest and her hair is fabulous.  I think its fun to see R&D Susie in the mix and I am in love with that red leather jacket.  She will be a R&D/IT Direct Exclusive and available for pre-order from IT soon.  I have not been collecting the DG Girls since I have been focusing on the Jem dolls (and their different size body) as well as the newer FR girls...
