Cute purse and blouse. I don't understand why they did not give us a view of the back with the bow detail. Lovely screening on her. For some reason, I have yet to own a Eugenia. While I like this outfit and the doll is pretty, I am passing. Her edition size is mighty high so perhaps I will be able to nab her later if I change my mind.

Natalia Fatalé is not about to let the Perrin family get the best of her and of course, since it would be too suspicious for her to attend the conference in person, she sends her number one confidante, sometimes-model and all-time trouble maker, Jordan Duval. Wait 'til Jordan comes back to Paris with the news that everything is about to change in their little world. Natalia will be green at the thought that she didn't attend the conference herself! It doesn't matter though, the only person everyone talked about was Jordan! Her fantastic style was the talk of the town!

This seems like the blonde Jordan that club members could vote on as an upgrade doll option. She looks great and the coral with aqua is a lovely combo on her. I am resisting though. I don't like this sculpt all that much. These shoes are snoozy too and look like old school Gene ribbon heels. I imagine she will be a sell out because we have not seen a Jordan FR doll in quite a while.

When the plan took shape for representatives of W Cosmetics to attend the ETSA conference that was taking place in the South of France this year, it didn't take much convincing for Vanessa to to jump on board. For weeks now, she had been hearing about changes that were coming and she wanted to be there to find out about everything before everyone else. Vanessa was definitely a Perrin, always right at the center of the action!

 

This stunning Vanessa Perrin doll is a fully articulated doll with rooted hair. Dressed to accompany Adèle Makéda and her cousin Eugenia on a trip to the French Riviera, Vanessa wears an ultra-modern look, composed of an intricately detailed blouse with long criss-cross ties on the sleeves and a sheer black lace skirt. Since it can get chilly at night, she took along her favorite faux-fur shoulder wrap, which incidentally happens to be one of her favorite fashion pieces! For adult collectors ages 15 and up only. Um...collectors have been calling this one "Dressed in the Dark" Vanessa. I think the pieces are interesting but the styling is indeed a bit eccentric. I think it is the skirt that throws it for me. Maybe a pencil or even a hobble skirt? Those shoes and purse are amazeballs though and I do indeed plan to find this fashion loose later on. The doll looks more like Erin than Vanessa to me.

When the girls arrived in the South of France, they were delighted to run across Elyse Jolie, who, unbeknownst to them, had been on vacation under the sun for quite sometime already! Sporting a luscious new "bronzé" look, this leading lady of Fashion Royalty shines like a star! 

 

This absolutely gorgeous, fully articulated Elyse Jolie close-up doll measures 12.5" tall and features fully rooted hair. Seen here for the first time in the Light Honey skin tone, this wonderful addition to the Fashion Royalty collection marks the debut of the new interchangeable lower leg feature and includes two sets of lower legs, one with the traditional high-heeled feet and another with flat, removable feet, as well as corresponding shoes to fit each. Yet again another reason my three memberships are a good thing! Here is hoping it helps me win this gal. I love the Elyse sculpt and she sure does look good in the darker tone. I am also excited about the flat feet. I am surprise they could not at least give her a sarong or beach kimono. I plan to make some to go with this great swimsuit though.  I think people are going to lose their mind about getting this one. Prepare for blood shed. Once again, I think they could have easily pushed this to an edition of 1000. She is really unique.

Yeah this one is pretty amazing. The whole package is pretty perfect. If I had not landed the Glamazon Adele from the last convention, then I would definitely have tried for this one. Really stunning.

When Agnes arrived at the annual meeting of the design houses to discuss trends and fashion directions for the upcoming season, she had ideas of her own. She made an entrance and her new look immediately sent a message to everyone present that her look was the "IT" look everyone should go for!

Evidently Tyler Wentworth was a guest designer here. I do love the sleeves and the short hair on Agnes. She looks very Grace Kelly to me...well....maybe a bitchy Grace Kelly that will cut you.  I am passing though. I don't do evening wear. Also, AGNES AGAIN. Did we really need two Agnes dolls for this collection? The Riviera Drama Agnes fits in nicely with the other gals so it might have been nice to get Kesenia or Isha.

It has been awhile since I have not pre-ordered anything from an FR collection. Hmmm.
